Project Overview

The old roof was at the end of its life with various splits and repairs and broken slates so all was removed and a new gutter was fitted across the front elevation prior to the slates going on. Once this was complete new Code 6 King Rolls were fixed to the Hips and then Apron flashings to the perimeter of the table top roof fitted to allow for the Code 6 bays and ridge to the Top Roof. Vents were also used to provide some ventilation beneath.

Matt and his team have provided us with quality service, and professional approach, for over 10 years on some of our most important and sensitive projects working alongside Historic England and many listed building among just a few Highclere Castle and Malshanger House. Matt has always been keen to be involved in any pre contract meetings to discuss details set out by The Lead Sheet Association in order to comply with their specifications.
