New extension for Kitchen and dining area.
Project Overview
A modern extension with large bifold doors was constructed with a pitched roof above which the architect wanted something a little different than wood rolls. We decided on a welted system with hidden clips throughout to give a clean and modern finish to marry up with the low level finish.
All installed in code 5 with staggered sections all welted and clipped with copper internal clips and fixings. Two outlets to allow the internal flat roof with lantern light to discharge freely.
MW Leadworks have done several jobs for us over the years, in particular an extension in Cobham, Matt did an amazing job, both client and Architect were very impressed with the quality and Matt’s attention to detail, the roof has become the main attraction of the extension.

Our registered lead operatives use only the proper tools and equipment when working or welding sheet lead to ensure that the weld is as strong as possible and a joint that will not split over the course of time.

This is the benefit of using Lead. It is the only material in which you can create anything from a ball to a box with one piece of lead.
Lead Contractors Association Member
The Lead Contractors Association was formed in 1984 to promote and protect quality standards in working with lead sheet.
The LCA consists of 72 specialist installer members and 10 associate members. All members are vetted and their work graded on a regular basis.
LCA members can provide a 25 year guarantee of their work.
